Refund Policy

  • Refunds apply when:

    • The product is defective, expired, or not as described.

    • Food is delivered in unhygienic/unsafe condition.

    • Parcel is lost or damaged by delivery partner.

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via original payment method or wallet.
